A Protaquions executa projetos para os mais variados ramos da indústria, podemos atender fabricantes de máquinas, indústria têxtil, metalúrgica, indústria química e outras.

We have developed solutions in the cell payload in various industries, such as the application of the glue, pallet racking, handling of spare parts, welding, assembling, packing, forging, painting, machining, plasma cutting, pick and place, etc.

The Protaquions perform mechanical design, to the construction of machines and devices to meet the special needs of our clients, which are in the whole process.

We make improvements, automation equipment, fitness machine in the NR-12, we perform the assembly in the field, and the construction of our factory.

We do software development for Plc, HMI and Supervisory, machines, and manufacturing processes.

With our software, the customer can take full control of the machine, or process of:

  • the Record is in the database of the events involving the production.
  • Traceability.
  • Command and tracking via the HMI or scada.
  • The Link with the management system of the factory and the product or process.

We update the old software to the current platforms, Ex. migration program to a Siemens S5 to Siemens TIA-PORTAL.

The Protaquions implement a system of artificial vision, made up for the cameras to capture, sensors, readers, and lighting, hardware, and software that is tailored for the engineering design and automation, used to detect defects and anomalies in the product and its components during the manufacturing process. It has a high degree of reliability in the data collection, coming in to ensure that 100% of our products are thoroughly inspected.

This system ensures that increase the safety of the process, since it can be implemented without risk on the local hazardous and high risk, and without the need for the labor of man.
